KEF Q750 - Floor Standing Speaker With Uni-Q Drivers

KEF Q750 speakers (Pair) deliver intricately detailed sound thanks to the brand’s emblematic Uni-Q driver, a resilient 165mm aluminum bass driver and two ABRs. The Q750 updates and surpasses the Q700 and is the middle sized floor standing speaker in the KEF’s innovatively redesigned Q-Series.

 Intricately Detailed Sound

The Q750 showcases a closed box midrange cabinet design that lessens the pressure on the midrange cone. As a result, you can enjoy a clear and detailed sound performance including a more vibrant bass sound.

Alongside this, the removal of the DC blocking capacitor further enhances the mid-bass driver and offers a seamless bass roll-off between the Q750's two drivers.

 Pioneering Driver Design

KEF's signature Uni-Q driver encapsulates the high-performance quality of the updated Q Series. In a pioneering move, the tweeter is situated in the acoustic mid-point between the bass cone and the midrange. Consequently, you can lose yourself in a more accurately detailed 3D soundscape.

Added to this, the sound travels more evenly around the room, much more equally than other speakers. The super-side dispersion offered by the Uni-Q is further improved by KEF's emblematic 'tangerine' waveguide covering the tweeter dome.

 Enhanced Treble Performance

The lower treble performance of the Q750 is significantly enhanced by the addition of a damped tweeter loading tube that offers a soft finish to the noise created from the rear of the tweeter. Added to this, you can enjoy a cleaner bass thanks to a new low-distortion inductor on the crossover.
