This facilitates a 9.2.4 system, with four ceiling speakers and front width speakers combined. Alternatively, configure as a 7.2.6 system with six ceiling speakers – ideal for larger rooms.

DTS:X Pro support*
Another benefit with the 13-channel option, is the ability to support and get the best from DTS:X Pro. Wide-ranging surround sound
With wide-ranging surround sound support, the SR8015 is all about immersive sound – however many speakers you use. Compatible formats include Dolby Atmos, Dolby Atmos Height Virtualization Technology, DTS:X, DTS Virtual:X, IMAX Enhanced and Auro-3D. This huge range of options means you can adapt your surround sound speaker system from the simplest system with ‘virtual height’ speakers to full-blown 13.2 systems that truly bring the cinema home.

Copper bottomed
For the highest standards of noise resistance and isolation, the top-level SR8105 uses a copper-plated chassis. Found only in the top-level Marantz ranges, this expensive detail shows their dedication to sonic perfection.

Premium Marantz audio technology
At the heart of this AVA is a toroidal power transformer. Reserved for premium audio products, these expensive power transformers deliver smooth, consistent power with high efficiency and low mechanical noise. Marantz also uses discrete, high-current amps, with their own amplifier modules - HDAM. These op-amps use surface-mount metal-film resistors for greater temperature stability. The result is a cleaner, less distorted sound, whatever the volume. Other audio enhancements include AKM AK4458 32-bit DACs and a Hybrid PLL Clock Jitter Reducer for a more detailed, dynamic sound.

Top quality phono stage
The highest quality sound continues with the SR8015’s dedicated phonostage input. Designed for use with popular MM (Moving Magnet) cartridges, the phonostage also uses Marantz’s own HDAM op-amps in its EQ stage. These components process information at high speed and free from distortion, giving your precious vinyl, exceptional clarity.

Ready for 8K, with dedicated HDMI input
Featuring a dedicated, 8K compliant HDMI input and matching output, this Marantz AVA is ready for the next generation of TV. Not only does the amp pass through 8K/60Hz signals, but it also upscales HDMI signals to the 8K standard, too – helping you make the most of your 8K TV with 4K UHD media. At your command
Compatible with Alexa, Google and Siri, the SR8015 has your voice PA covered. For Alexa or Google Assistant control, simply download the HEOS app. Pair your Echo device if you’re using Alexa and you’re good to go – adjust the volume, skip to the next track and switch inputs simply by asking Alexa or Google. For control via Siri, simply link the amp via Apple AirPlay 2 and enjoy voice interaction and AirPlay 2 multi-room support.

Advanced multi-room functionality and custom install ready
The SR8015 has no fewer than three HDMI outputs with an independent zone 2. This means you can run audio and video to another screen, in another room independently from the twin, main outputs. HPE enhanced for a purer sound
Unique to the 3050i model, HPE (Helmholtz Pressure Equalizer) technology reduces distortion. Larger speaker cabinets tend to build up pressure in specific areas, causing resonance and cabinet distortion. By equalising the pressure around the cabinet the pressure is reduced, giving a less distorted sound.
