We issue store credit for any order accepted for return and charge a restocking and handling fee of 25 per cent.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my order?

At AV SHACK, we are committed to ensuring that you have a hassle-free and enjoyable shopping experience. You may have received a dead-on arrival or malfunctioning product; you can ask for an exchange or refund for the former and only an exchange for the latter.

Returns should be made within 7 Days of your purchase. (For example, if you receive your product on 1st January, the last day to return your product is 7th of January). The product should be in the original condition, undamaged packing. Any item(s) being returned should also be returned with all accessories; manuals that may have been bundled with the main product.

The product should be accompanied by the original sales invoice along with returning item(s).

In case of returns, please email us the product details along with your order reference number and return reason along with pictures of items. AV SHACK reserves the right to deduct handling charges from the product being returned and process your refunds in case of product physical damage and malfunctioning.

Refund Policy

If the product was collected (no defective packaging, all manuals/items/accessories accounted for), the entire amount will be given as a store credit within 7-10 working days (minus the restocking and handling fee of 25 percent).


Can I cancel my order after it's shipped?

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel your order once it's shipped. If you wish to cancel, please contact us with your order number before the item is shipped.


What does the warranty cover?

All items include a manufacturer's warranty. Physical damages are not covered. Warranty time span is valid under the manufacturer's warranty terms.

How do I claim warranty?

To claim warranty, provide your sales invoices. The warranty is applicable across all India service centers by manufacturers & AV Shack service centers.
